Mr. Honour is the President Northern Pacific Group GP I, LLC, the General Partner of Northern Pacific Growth Investment Partners, L.P. ("NPG") and disclaims beneficial ownership of the 378,912 shares of Class B Common Stock in Appreciate Holdings, Inc. ("Appreciate Class B Common Stock") indirectly held by him as a result of his indirect ownership of 620,784 units in Lake Street Landlords, LLC ("Lake Street").
