Ms. Haymaker is a member of Northern Pacific Group GP I, LLC, the General Partner of Northern Pacific Growth Investment Partners, L.P. ("NPG"). Ms. Haymaker disclaims beneficial ownership of the 23,682 shares of Class B Common Stock in Appreciate Holdings, Inc. ("Appreciate Class B Common Stock") indirectly held by her as a result of her indirect ownership of 38,799 units in Lake Street Landlords, LLC ("Lake Street").
