Riley Principal Investments, LLC ("BRPI"), BRC Partners Opportunity Fund, LP ("BRPLP"), BRC Partners Opportunity Fund GP, LLC ("BRPGP"), B. Riley Capital Management, LLC ("BRCM"), B. Riley Securities, Inc. ("BRS"), and Bryant R. Riley. BRF is the parent company of BRFI and BRS.
