In fact, as reported in this amendment, the Reporting Person directly owned 62,534 shares of common stock following the transactions reported in the Original Form 4. The Original Form 4 is being amended by this amendment solely to correct such amount. The Reporting Person's beneficial ownership of the additional 1,050 shares (after giving effect to an intervening 1-for-4 reverse stock split) was previously reported by him in a Form 4 filed on December 16, 2015.
