F1	Pursuant to the terms of the employment agreement, by and between Mr. Morris and the Issuer, dated April 29, 2021 (the "Effective Date"), Mr. Morris was granted stock options to purchase up to 200,000 shares of the Company's common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, at an exercise price of $6.70 per share (the "Stock Options"). 50,000 of the Stock Options shall vest on the first anniversary of the Effective Date, 50,000 shall vest on the second anniversary of the Effective Date and 100,000 options shall vest on the third anniversary of the Effective Date.
