Bryant 2021 grantor retained annuity trust (the "GRAT") on June 12, 2023, 29,497 shares of Class A Common Stock were distributed to the reporting person's revocable trust and continue to be reported in this Form 4 as indirectly owned, and the remaining 10,920 shares previously held by the GRAT were transferred to the reporting person's adult children as the trust remaindermen.
