F1 This amendment is being filed to correct the number of shares sold to cover the reporting person's income tax withholding obligations upon the vesting of 5,504 shares of restricted stock units ("RSUs") on April 27, 2023, which was inadvertently understated in the reporting person's original Form 4. The reporting person had no discretion with respect to such sale, which was transacted in accordance with the Issuer's policies regarding the vesting of RSUs.
F2 Due to the error described above, the reporting person's original Form 4 incorrectly reported that the number of shares held by the reporting person was 157,504, including 132,564 shares underlying RSUs. As reported in this amendment, the correct number of shares held by the reporting person is 156,586, including 129,514 shares underlying RSUs.
