F1 On August 17, 2022 the Issuer effected a 1 for 15 reverse share split (the "Reverse Share Split"). The number of ordinary shares reported in this Form 4 have been adjusted to reflect the Reverse Share Split.
F2 This amendment is being filed to address an error due to rounding when calculating the reverse share split. The Amount of Securities Beneficially Owned Following Reported Transaction on September 7, 2022, which were reported as 35,576, should have been reported as 35,575. The extra share was also inadvertently included in the reporting person's Form 4 filed on January 4, 2023.
