F1 Represents the exercise of warrants issued as part of the Registrant's public equity offering in December 2017. The original exercise price of the warrants was $88.50 per share (as adjusted for stock splits, combinations, recapitalizations and similar adjustments). As a result of the Registrant's equity offering in February 2020, the price protection provision in the warrant reduced the exercise price to the current exercise price of $0.0001.
