Donald Gayhardt is no longer subject to Section 16 filing requirements. Form 4 or Form 5 obligations may continue.
The reporting person retired as the issuer's chief executive officer effective November 15, 2022. As a result, the reporting person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with his transactions in the issuer's equity securities and therefore will no longer report any such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5, except as may otherwise be required by Section 16.
