Curtis A. Pollock is no longer subject to Section 16 filing requirements. Form 4 or Form 5 obligations may continue.
Effective October 24, 2022, Mr. Pollock, as a member of the Board of Managers of Greystone AF Manager, LLC, resigned his role with respect to the Issuer, including in his capacity as the equivalent of a director of the Issuer. As a result, Mr. Pollock is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with his transactions in the equity securities of the Issuer.
