F1 On August 23, 2022, 37,970 shares of Class A Common Stock were distributed from the reporting person's 2021 GRAT (of which she serves as trustee) to the reporting person's revocable trust (of which she serves as trustee) and continue to be reported in this Form 4 as indirectly owned, and the remaining 40,417 shares held by the 2021 GRAT continue to be so held and to be reported in this Form 4 as indirectly owned.
F2 On July 14, 2022, the reporting person contributed 119,479 shares of Class A Common Stock and 7,040 shares of Class B Common Stock held in her revocable trust (of which she serves as trustee) to a new grantor retained annuity trust (the "2022 GRAT"). The reporting person is the trustee and sole annuitant of the 2022 GRAT, and the shares continue to be reported in the Form 4 as indirectly owned.
