Effective August 18, 2021, the shares were transferred to the SS 2021 COUR GRAT from the Blue Mountain Trust, dated April 29, 2019, which transfer represented a change in form of beneficial ownership exempt from Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, pursuant to Rule 16a-13. The Reporting Person inadvertently omitted reflecting this transfer on the Form 4 filed on May 16, 2022.
