One sixteenth (1/16th) of the total number of RSUs subject to this award will be scheduled to vest on each of the sixteen (16), consecutive Quarterly Vesting Dates that occur on or immediately following the date that is three (3) months after February 23, 2022 (the "Vesting Commencement Date") (on the same day of the month as the Vesting Commencement Date or if there is no corresponding day in such third month, on the last day of such month), in each case subject to the Reporting Person continuing to be a Service Provider through the applicable vesting date. A "Quarterly Vesting Date" means February 15, May 15, August 15, and November 15 with respect to any calendar year.
