F1 | The shares of Class A Common Stock are to be acquired upon the vesting of a Restricted Stock Unit award granted to the Reporting Person. The Restricted Stock Unit award shall vest as follows: 25% of the shares subject to the Restricted Stock Unit award will vest on December 20, 2022 and the remaining 75% of the shares subject to the Restricted Stock Unit award shall vest in 12 substantially equal quarterly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's Continuous Service (as defined in the Issuer's 2015 Equity Incentive Plan). |
