F1	On August 25, 2021, the reporting person filed a Form 4 reporting an exercise of options to acquire 70,109 common shares and the subsequent sale of such shares on August 23, 2021, and an exercise of options to acquire 45,433 common shares and the subsequent sale of such shares on August 24, 2021. Such options to acquire common shares had previously been gifted to entities for which adult family members of the reporting person are beneficiaries and for which the reporting person does not have a pecuniary interest, so the exercise of those options and subsequent sale of shares did not need to be reported. This Form 4/A amends the Form 4 filed on August 25, 2021 so that such Form 4, as amended, only reflects the exercise of the 1,363 options to acquire common shares held by the reporting person on August 23, 2021.
