Mr. Sambur, an employee of Apollo Global Management, Inc. ("Apollo"), is a member of the board of directors of the issuer. Certain affiliates of Apollo have filed, or will file, separate Section 16 reports reporting securities of the issuer that they may be deemed to beneficially own.
