(the "Company), Amryt Pharma plc ("Parent"), and Acorn Merger Sub, Inc., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent ("Merger Sub") pursuant to which Merger Sub merged with and into the Company (the "Merger") with the Company surviving as an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Parent effective as of August [5], 2021 (the "Effective Time").
