The reporting person retired as an officer of TTM Technologies, Inc. effective December 31, 2020, and has had no non-exempt transactions within six months of the date of this report. As a result, the reporting person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with his transactions in the equity securities of TTM Technologies, Inc. and therefore, will no longer report any such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
