F1 The purchase was made in Euros and the price was converted into U.S. dollars based on the foreign currency exchange rate as of June 4, 2025 (at Euro 1.00 = U.S. dollar 1.1384).
F2 362,877 shares of the Issuer's common stock are owned by Listrax UG (haftungsbeschrankt). The RP is Managing Director of Listrax UG and exercises voting and dispositive power over such shares.
