F1 Jonathan S. Leff, a partner in Deerfield Management Company, L.P., serves as a director of the Issuer. The option granted to Jonathan S. Leff and reported herein is held for the benefit, and at the direction, of Deerfield Management Company, L.P. ("Deerfield Management").
F2 The option was granted on July 11, 2024 and is scheduled to vest over four years, with the option vesting and becoming exercisable in respect of 25% of the underlying shares of Common Stock on July 11, 2025, and vesting with respect to the remainder of the underlying shares in 12 equal quarterly installments over three years.
