F1 Reflects the vesting and release of awards granted in 2023 under the 2014 Performance Share Plan Rules on February 23, 2026 (including the award of 5,044 additional Ordinary Shares as dividend equivalents), pursuant to certification of the achievement of pre-established performance goals by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Issuer (the "Compensation Committee").
F2 Reflects the vesting and release of a time-based conditional award as defined in the 2014 Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the "DSB Plan Rules"), of which, pursuant to the determination of the Compensation Committee, a total of 17,064 shares vested on February 23, 2026, including the award of 1,167 additional Ordinary Shares as dividend equivalents.
