F2 On January 28, 2026, Katmandu disposed of 1,753,534 shares of its Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share ("Class A Common Stock") in Falcon's Beyond Global, Inc. (the "Issuer") to a third party at $6.25 per share. Following the transaction, Katmandu no longer beneficially owns any Class A Common Stock in the Issuer.
