F1	The reported securities are held directly by KL Pattern Holdings LP (the "KL Shareholder"). The management of the KL Shareholder is controlled by KLC Fund I GP LP ("KLC Fund GP"). KLC Fund I UGP LLC ("KLC Fund UGP") is the general partner of KLC Fund GP. The management of KLC Fund UGP is controlled by its managing member, John Bailey. As such, Mr. Bailey may be deemed to have voting and dispositive power with respect to the shares held by the KL Shareholder but disclaims beneficial ownership except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
F2	This filing is being amended solely to reflect the addition of the Reporting Persons as beneficial owners of the reported securities, which were previously reported on a Form 3 that was timely filed by John Bailey (the "Original Form 3 Filing"). The Original Form 3 Filing disclosed the KL Shareholder's direct ownership and KLC Fund GP's and KLC Fund UGP's indirect ownership, and noted that EDGAR filing codes for these entities were not available at such time but that the Original Form 3 Filing would be amended once such codes became available.
