The Reporting Person is a Managing Director of Vensana Capital I GP, LLC, the General Partner of Vensana I, and shares voting and dispositive power over the shares held by Vensana I. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of all applicable shares except to the extent of his actual pecuniary interest in such shares.
