F1 Represents awards in the form of 76,237 restricted stock units ("RSUs") under the Omnibus Incentive Plan of BRC Inc. (the "Issuer"), of which 34,653 vest ratably one third on each anniversary of the grant date and 41,584 vest in full on the first anniversary of the grant date. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock upon settlement for no consideration. Shares of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock will deliver to the Reporting Person following vesting.
