F1 The original Form 4 that was filed on February 24, 2022 is amended by this Form 4 amendment to make an adjustment to the price of the stock being sold by the reporting person. No other changes have been made to the original Form 4.
F2 The performance stock units were awarded as compensation and convert to common stock based on the achievement of certain performance factors.
F3 The restricted stock units were awarded as compensation and convert to common stock on a 1 to 1 basis upon the vesting date.
