F1 Includes 27,712 vested restricted stock units ("RSUs") and 54,647 unvested RSUs. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Ordinary Shares. The RSUs were awarded on the following dates (each, a "Grant Date"): September 13, 2023 (27,631 RSUs awarded), April 1, 2024 (28,716 RSUs awarded) and April 1, 2025 (26,012 RSUs awarded).
