Remarks:

This amendment is being filed solely to correct the reporting person's role with Vireo Growth Inc. (the "Company") as reported in a Form 4 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 19, 2024 (the "Original Form 4"). The Original Form 4 inadvertently misstated that the reporting person would resume the duties of Vice President of Finance - External Reporting & IR, the reporting person's prior role with the Company. The reporting person served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company from October 10, 2024 until December 17, 2024, at which time the Company appointed a permanent Chief Financial Officer, and the reporting person was appointed Chief Accounting Officer of the Company.
