The Reporting Person owns a membership interest in Smart Dine, LLC, which directly owns shares of the Issuer's common stock and, as a result thereof, the Reporting Person holds an indirect pecuniary interest in certain of the securities held by the Issuer. This form 3/A is being filed to correct the name of the Reporting person on the prior Form 3 filing, which was filed on February 1, 2023. See Exhibit 24.1 - Power of Attorney
