Id Content
F1 Represents shares acquired through the exercise of Employee Stock Options.
F2 Represents 100,000 shares of Common Stock owned by Reporting Person as well as 40,500 restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to the Reporting Person on January 17, 2023 pursuant to the 2018 Equity Incentive Plan of Y-mAbs Therapeutics, Inc. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock on the vesting dates of the RSU. The RSUs vest by 1/3 on each of January 17, 2024, January 17, 2025 and January 17, 2026 subject to the continuing employment of the Reporting Person on each vesting date.
