Id Content
F1 Represents units of limited partnership interest ("LTIP Units") in Global Medical REIT L.P. (the "OP"), the operating partnership of the Issuer. As described in the OP's partnership agreement, vested LTIP Units may be exchanged at any time after vesting for cash or, at the option of the Issuer, for shares of the Issuer's common stock on a one-for-one basis. LTIP Units have no expiration date.
F2 Of the 7,412 LTIP Units redeemed for shares of the Issuer's common stock, (i) 2,185 LTIP Units were issued on May 29, 2019 and were fully vested on May 29, 2020, (ii) 3,116 LTIP Units were issued on September 2, 2020 and were fully vested on September 2, 2021 and (iii) 2,111 LTIP Units were issued on May 26, 2021 and were fully vested on May 26, 2022.
