On September 10, 2021, the reporting person filed a Form 4 that inadvertently reported that, following the exercise of an option and sale of the underlying stock, the reporting person directly owned 76,250 shares of the issuer's common stock (the "Common Stock"). In fact, as reported in this amendment, the reporting person did not directly own any shares of the Common Stock. As a result, a subsequent Form 4 filed by the reporting person on February 10, 2022 inadvertently reported an incorrect number of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person following the transaction thereafter.
