Ares Management LLC, on behalf of its affiliated funds, investment vehicles and/or managed accounts, designated the Reporting Person to be appointed to the Issuer's board of directors on March 10, 2020. On October 7, 2022, the Reporting Person ceased to be a director of the Issuer after MasTec, Inc. ("MasTec") acquired the Issuer pursuant to the terms of an Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of July 24, 2022, by and among MasTec, Indigo Acquisition I Corp. and the Issuer. As a result, the Reporting Person is no longer subject to Section 16 in connection with his transactions in the equity securities of the Issuer and therefore will no longer report any such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
