F1 Subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer, 309,406 of such restricted stock units ("RSUs") vest as follows: 25% on each of June 5, 2023, June 5, 2024, June 5, 2025 and June 5, 2026. The Issuer may withhold shares of stock subject to the RSUs at the time of vesting for the purposes of satisfying any tax withholding obligations which arise in connection with the vesting of such RSUs issued to the Reporting Person.
