StoneBridge Acquisition Sponsor LLC received these Class B Ordinary Shares through a subscription agreement, by and between StoneBridge Acquisition Sponsor LLC and the Issuer. 750,000 of the Class B ordinary shares are subject to forfeiture to the extent that the underwriters did not fully or partially exercise their over-allotment option in the Issuer's initial public offering of its securities.
