The sponsor of the Issuer, Kimbell Tiger Acquisition Sponsor, LLC (the "Sponsor"), is the record holder of 5,750,100 shares of Class B common stock and 2,500 shares of Class A common stock of the Issuer. Certain members of the Issuer's management team and directors, including the reporting person Ms. Kimberly DeWoody, are among the members of the Sponsor but do not have voting or investment discretion with respect to the shares held by the Sponsor. Ms. DeWoody disclaims any beneficial ownership of the securities held by the Sponsor other than to the extent of any pecuniary interest she may have therein, directly or indirectly.
