The reporting person holds an indirect pecuniary interest in Class B ordinary shares of the issuer through the reporting person's membership interest in Cartica Acquisition Partners, LLC (the "Sponsor"), over which the reporting person has no voting or dispositive control. The reporting person disclaims any beneficial ownership of such Class B ordinary shares other than to the extent of any pecuniary interest the reporting person may have therein.
