F1	The Class B ordinary shares will automatically convert into Class A ordinary shares concurrently with or immediately following the consummation of the issuers initial business combination on a one-for-one basis, subject to adjustment, and have no expiration date.
F2	This Form 4 reflects the automatic surrender and forfeiture of 31,250 Class B ordinary shares for no consideration by GEEX Sponsor, LLC pursuant to contractual arrangements with the issuer, triggered by the election by the underwriters of the issuer's initial public offering not to exercise its option to purchase additional units in full.
