This Form 4 constitutes an exit form for the Reporting Person. On November 19, 2021, ViewRay, Inc. (the "Issuer") completed an underwritten public offering of 12,500,000 shares of common stock, as publicly announced by the Issuer on November 19, 2021. As a result of such offering, the Reporting Person ceases to be a 10% owner and is no longer subject to Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
