The Original Form 4 reported the acquisition of beneficial ownership by the reporting person of 24,166 shares of the issuer's common stock on November 2, 2021. The reporting person subsequently learned that it may be deemed to have acquired beneficial ownership of such 24,166 shares on November 1, 2021 as a result of investment activities by an unaffiliated investment manager with discretionary authority in respect of such investment activities and such shares should have been included on its Form 3. An amendment to the original Form 3 has been filed by the reporting person to include such 24,166 shares of common stock of the issuer.
