Mr. Natalone does not beneficially own any shares of common stock of the issuer. However, Mr. Natalone has an interest in shares of Class B common stock through his membership interest in Arbor Rapha Capital LLC (the "Sponsor"). The Managing Member of the Sponsor is Arbor Commercial Mortgage LLC. Accordingly, Mr. Natalone does not exercise voting or dispositive control over any of the securities held by the Sponsor and thus does not have a pecuniary interest in any shares of common stock of the issuer.
