F1 On December 19, 2019, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 1,250,000 shares of Common Stock of the issuer, subject to the issuer's satisfaction of certain performance criteria for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2020. As described in the reporting person's Form 4/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 12, 2021, the performance criteria for 2020 were met, resulting in the vesting of the option as to 1,250,000 shares in three equal annual installments on each of December 31, 2020, December 31, 2021 and December 31, 2022.
