(1) Mr. Mashkoor is also an employee of FIM Partners, a DIFC, UAE, company ("FIM") that owns 100% of Frontier Disruption Capital (FDC), a Cayman Islands exempted company, which directly owns 5,750,000 of the Company's Ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 (the "Ordinary Shares") which were issued to FDC in connection with the Company's initial public offering ("IPO") and includes 750,000 ordinary shares, which are subject to forfeiture to the extent the underwriters of the IPO do not exercise their overallotment option. Mr. Mashkoor disclaims beneficial ownership of Ordinary Shares owned by FDC, except to the extent of his indirect pecuniary interest through FIM therein.
