On May 18, 2022, the reporting person was granted 10,000 restricted stock units, of which 3,334 will vest on May 18, 2023, 3,333 will vest on May 18, 2024, and 3,333 will vest on May 18, 2025, subject to the reporting person's provision of services to the Issuer on such vesting dates.
