On November 19, 2024, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which incorrectly reported that he gifted 1,350 shares of the issuer's common stock on November 19, 2024. In fact, as reported in this amendment, the gift of 1,350 shares was not fully consummated until November 26, 2024. The Form 4 filed by the reporting person on November 22, 2024 would have omitted these 1,350 shares from the amounts set forth under Amount of Securities Beneficially Owned Following Reported Transaction.
