Remarks:

The Form 4 initially filed April 19, 2022 (the "Initial Form 4") erroneously included 52,300 warrants held by the Reporting Person as Class A Common Stock and double-counted the 2,833 shares of Class A Common Stock acquired by the Reporting Person in the transaction reported by such Initial Form 4 in the Amount of Securities Beneficially Owned Following Reported Transaction in column 5 of Table I.
