F1 On September 29, 2023, in connection with the consummation of the business combination (the "Business Combination") between Anzu Special Acquisition Corp I ("Anzu") and Envoy Medical Corporation, each share of Class B Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share, automatically converted into one share of Class A Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share. In connection with the Business Combination, Mr. Hirsch resigned as Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Director of Anzu.
