This amendment is being filed to correct these errors. The March 2, 2022 filing reported he directly owned 12,912.144 shares of common stock, 1,346.144 of which were held in his dividend reinvestment plan. In fact, as reported in this amendment, the reporting person directly owned 7,133 shares of common stock, and indirectly owned 5,104.68 shares of common stock, all of which were held in his dividend reinvestment plan.
