Subsequent to that offering, an intra-fund transfer occurred between Madrona Venture Fund IV, L.P. and Madrona Venture Fund IV-A, L.P. to correct the misallocation. This report reflects the correctly allocated share amounts for both Madrona Venture Fund IV, L.P. and Madrona Venture Fund IV-A, L.P. The intra-fund transfer is exempt under Rule 16a-13.
